I used Notes to keep my university notes for a few years. The best part was
how I could just embed sketches in the middle - so I'd be jotting down what my
philosophy prof was waxing on about, and then if they happened to draw a
diagram on the board, I'd just switch into sketch mode and draw it on the
screen. Once I missed about a week of a particular class, and I knew someone
in it who took notes using a Visor and the folding keyboard. I got him to
beam over the notes I had missed to my 2100, and then we compared a bit. My
notes were way, way better since the Palm's memo app could only do plain text.
    My notes had the text, lists, diagrams, and even Greek characters thanks
to the Symbol font.

Then, when it came time to study for a test or exam, I printed the notes out
using my LaserWriter NTR. It was easier for me to study off of paper than the
Newton's screen.
