You might not even need Tibet. If the ATA driver will work with some PC-Card
reader for the format of digital media, then all you would need is a program
on the Newt to show/view it?
Can't Tibet see .jpeg's as files already on the Newt?
Is there another .jpeg viewer for the Newt?

That's a good question and I don't know the answer. I've never tried it
because there was never a photo viewing/editing program on the Newton that
could grab JPEGs from a CF/SD,SmartMedia, etc. card. Tibet can't read from a
card, it requires a serial connection.
