You'll need an ethernet card for the Newton and the Ghostscript and netatalk
packages for your Linux pc. The rest is explained here:

http://newtonlink.sourceforge.net/Newton_and_Linux-mini-HOWTO.html#print

Warning! Netatalk is a temperamental package and will often refuse to
auto-engage. Some manual tinkering may be necessary. The results however are
impeccable: PostScript printing at your printer's best resolution.

The rest of that howto is quite interesting as well.
