[NTLK] Unicode fonts

Hi list.

I read that Newton OS supports unicode encoding.

Now my questions are:

1)How can i have a unicode font converted in such a way that it can be
used with Newton?

2)Does any of you have the knowledge how to make a unicode newton
keyboard?(I mean the pallete, not the actual device !)
