BOCES??!! Man, does THAT take me back! I grew up about an hour south of
Rochester. BOCES is "Bureau Of Cooperative Extension Schools" and is the
vocational-technical arm of the New York State public education system. Many
of my high school classmates enrolled in that program for
agricultural/mechanical training.
