[NTLK] CF vs SD card prices

   Is this just because CF cards are used more than SD? From what I
know, CF cards have to include some kind of controller chip in them,
whereas SD cards don't (in the reader, or adapter). Or is it that CF
cards have a little more physical *space* than SD cards to fit the
memory circuitry into :)
