With all the vulnerabilties (like those in IE, VB runtime etc..), it is
quite easy for a kid to make a malware for WIndows.

To make something for OS X , or any *nix, it takes a lot more
knowledge....

I cannot see a virus outbreak for OS X, or any *nix, in general...
