Try freezing every package on your Newt and see if that does it. If it
still don't then reset then refreeze. If you still have problems remove
the cards and then try it.
Also where exactly does it fail? You said breifly, but NCU will say
what it is backing up, does it fail on Notes, Dates, System? Or just
connect and before you can do anything you get that error? But I think
it is a package conflict though as a connection time out error is
usually -1.
