I am tremendously impressed with the kindness of all of the list members who
offered help to Jon. My wife knows how crazy I am about my Newton, and she
has been following this thread (via my commentary to her). She knows how
devastating it would be to lose a Newton and can't believe how generous
everyone has been.

And to Jon, thanks for allowing the list members to be generous. I know it
is a humbling experience, but you have helped others to be generous!
