[NTLK] nSync 0.3.1: no connection

Hey gang,

Just gave nSync 0.3.1 a try and can't get it to connect over serial at
all. The Newton says it's waiting for the Mac and the Mac says it's
waiting for the Newton.

I know my serial connection is OK because I used NewTen to install the
NewtSync package.

Any ideas?
