[To which I say:]

Oh, he's reading them! At least one person has confirmed this recently too.

Care to share...?

and that he does stand by his product.
[To which I say:]

We all do. (Stand by our own respective product that is.) Ferdi will tell
you that I don't offer a warranty. In fact I do (I just don't offer it to
him). Read my previous email for details on this.

[To which I say:] Yes, he can be gracious - when it benefits him.

[To which I say:]

Well if you won an auction and I sent you a Dog-t*rd UPS Red, while you
might be upset over the contents you certainly couldn't complain about the
delivery. :-p

This feedback score is just a guide. Don't read too much into it. Sure it's
helpful but, like any other data set, the graph can be viewed from different
angles. It's a generalization. I have 100% positive FB on ebay. Does that
mean I don't screw up from time to time? No! Of course not.
There are even guys who have built up a great score by legitimate sales and
then use this FB to make a large value bogus sale. I am not suggesting Ferdi
is doing this. It was just to illustrate that FB is not necessarily a strong
indicator of goodness in and of itself.

[To which I say:]

My beef with him is limited to a single product - his ripped clone of the
SER-001. He can sell all the other tat as long as he likes. The way he has
done business and is doing business doesn't sit well with myself and several
others on this list.

There are yet others who have had a positive experience. He does have some
redeeming qualities - he's just very adept at hiding them. ;)

[To which I say:]
I'm not saying he is bad news. I am sure you will get treated well
especially since he is under the spotlight so to speak. He knows full well
that this is THE place to peddle his Newton gear. He won't want to risk
being further castigated here.

[To which I say:]

If it's not USA then it's international and requires a customs declaration.

Canada, Mexico.

J&K Sales.
