[NTLK] Register wavelan turbo bronze card for wifi, set up roadrunner access

I am trying to connect to (a) my own ethernet connection and (b) to free
outside wifi connections. I have the Wavelan set up but read an entry from
walter remson (_w.remson_at_att.net_ (mailto:w.remson_at_att.net) ) that said I have to
go to advanced setting to set "Roaming" to checked.
Also his memo said it was important NOT to get the Bronze Turbo card (which
I have) because it uses a special Lucent setup to get the higher transfer
rate.
 
Can anyone help me set this up: I need some form of a signon to get to the
advanced settings. Also, I have roadrunner, which is not listed as a setting
for Internet- anyone know what the parameters for RoadRunner are?
