I tried as suggested and you can find some screenshots in below link:

many Chinese Newton Fans encountered same problem of installation of Escale,is it because of Chinese
environment? I tried to switch OS to English,but the result's same!

You can try running the console which is in the utilities folder and
then try starting escale. See if any messages appear that might help
explain what is happening?

Please report back if you find anything.
