Hi Alex and List,
To alleviate any possible confusion or paraphrasing- Here is the last
email reply from the Siemens Contact. His answer simply stated is NO
they've got nothing, not even the User Manuals which I offered to
provide them a PDF Copy after I get it scanned.

I'm so sorry, but I definitely confirm: The requested Service Manual
is actually NOT in the Siemens archival.
Otherwise I had taken the opportunity to provide a copy to you
free of charge.
I thank you very much for your friendly offer to remit a copy of
the user manual to us.
I would be glad to receive a .PDF-format in order to be prepared
for any later requests from our European market, although the
number of requests will be most likely significantly low.
