           The Newton does not support SSL/SSH protocols and hence cannot
support VPN. The Wireless Ethernet support on the Newton includes 128-bit
WEP with the right card (typically based on Lucent Wavelan GOLD), but
there is no current support for stronger protocols such as LEAP, WPA
..etc.
