[NTLK] Outline paper extensions?

OutlineStyles is a cool add-on to have. Looking back at the description of
it on the ByteSize Software home page, there's a Newton icon I don't
recognize.

Does anyone know what the icon on the bottom right of the outline bullet
menu does? It looks like a bullet with a undo or redo arrow ...
