He is selling a copy of my board and wants $10 shipping and at the same time he is selling a PCMCIA card and wants $4
shipping for that.

The PC card is definitely larger and heavier than the serial card.

This just demonstrates the fact that the amounts he charges are arbitrary and not real.

He is a rip off merchant who feels vindicated if he states the price in his auction.

This might be legal but he is truly a bottom feeder and should be avoided at all costs.
