Oh, and as to the allegations of personal use of company property, this was
an allegation used against me that almost got me fired. Of course, my
personal use consisted of making a bid on ebay and sending 3 e-mails, all
done on lunch hours. These facts didn't matter to corporate counsel when
someone was threatening the company. While Ferdi's transgressions may or
may not exceed mine, his employer likely won't care to examine the details.
