Then don't post it here. That said - the law functions under a precept of innocence until _proven_ guilty, not assumed guilty, or announced guilty, or I think he's guilty, or "But Mom! He hit me!" guilty. Proven guilty. Designed to protect people.

Again, report any concerns in the proper venue.
