Sounds pretty good. There might be mention of a lot of failures
in the Newton FAQ. Have you looked in that yet?

Subject: [NTLK] Newton Death Records

Given the death of my old MP130, and the comatose condition of my
MP2100, I think it may be a good idea to create a Newton Morgue=3D2E The
idea is similar to that of the Einstien project, except that The
Einstien project deals mainly with understanding how the newton works
so that we can make new and better Newton stuff, while the Death
listing would deal with how Newtons fail, so that we can maintain
what we have for posterity=3D2E Imagine the following:

A young newton user inherits an MP130 from his father after his
father gets an MP2000=3D2E The boy is elated, but soon finds that the
power switch is acting weired=3D2E He decides to look it up on the Death
Listing, and finds out that a part of the case causes a power
rugulator to break away from the board=3D2E He opens the ailing Newt and
corrects the problem=3D2E All thanks to the people who dissassembled the
dead units to find out what killed them=3D2E

What do you think=3D3F
I'd be happy to start the project, but, being only 17, I have little
electronics experience and would need help=3D2E
