I think most people don't have the base NOS on their MP2x00.
It sounds like Jeffrey wanted to get 717006 ROM dumped - this likely
means he has applied or has other patches laready on his Newt.
Installing a Non-Standard ROM (ie. German if you have a US Newt or
even a eMate 300 ROM will cause the Newt to flush the Flash Ram IIRC.
Thus leaving the Base NOS .
