I held the reset button for 5 seconds and get the erase all data
message. I am presented with yes or no.

Of course I removed my two cards, but I can't tap.

The screen looks much better now though.

Should I just remove the battery and let sit for a couple of hours?
That should force it to brainwipe, I think

Can someone explain?
