As I belong to the radical minority who syncs their Newton
devices to Wintel-machines I find it deeply ironic and quite
sad, frankly, that longtime Apple-users should go now to the
lenghts of emulating a classic Mac on an Apple-machine to
have their Newtons connected. Only recently I thought of
switching to a G5 I-Mac to facilitate connection to my Newton
via Ethernet or WiFi, but as I find out that Basilisk-based
Ethernet works very well on my XP machine, and that Apple
is going Intel (without the classic support, presumably, you have
to have for NCU under OSX), switching to Apple because of the
Newton seems utterly pointless now.

Best,

Marcus
