I apologize for the duplicate post. I realized after I sent the first email that I sent it as a reply to a previous thread.

Greetings all.

After reading several posts about installing Newton Connection
Utilities under classic on OS X (and the problems with the classic
installer) I decided to create an OS X native installer for NCU.

I have posted it at

dulap.drake.edu/clayton/ncu.zip

I believe I have included all files needed for NCU. I have tested it
on a virgin system and can connect flawlessly.

Please let me know what you think.
