[NTLK] Any interest in a hobo/train eBook?

In the course of conducting research for a history project (re: teenagers, hobos, railroads, and the Great Depression), I came across references to a novel about travelling by freight trains during the Great Depression. Anyway, it's a very interesting book, with lots of stuff about hopping trains, dealing with rough characters, encounters with the local lawmen, begging for food, and so forth. There's even a chapter or two on being arrested and being put to work in the local prison.

I almost always shy away from re-publishing fiction for the Newton platform, as I prefer what I feel to be the greater utilitarian value of self-help books, historical accounts, and so forth. However, this historically-based work of fiction appears to be pretty interesting and informative reading -- for me at least (One of my grandfathers and the brother of my other grandfather rode the trains to follow crops for work, before they went off to fight in WW II; sadly, I never had the oportunity to discuss their railroading adventures with them).

Let me know if there's any interest in this one (Hint: This would require a personal e-mail inquiry, rather than a random response buried in the NewtonTalk lists somewhere under a different topic heading).

I'm also in the process of soliciting some real text sources related to the above topics from a number of authors. If any of that content becomes available, I'll post an announcement.
