I posted somethig about VoiceNotes recently that explains how to get around the password problem. Here it is again:
Basically, VoiceNotes is a program that allows one to exceed the standard sixty-second limitation of Notes recording time. With VoiceNotes, one can make longer recordings. I have used it to record myself playing guitar, record lectures, waterfalls, etc.
When the program's demo time has elapsed, just do the following. Go into one your Notes application. Select one of the long-playing VoiceNotes recordings you've already made. In the little box in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, select "Duplicate". Give the new note a new name. Guess what? It has the same properties as the original VoiceNote recording, allowing you to make additional long recordings.
