Would be great if you could compile your findings (personal evaluation,
software descriptions, reviews, etc.) and put 'em up on the Wiki, so
the next gal or guy will find the same question easier to answer.

It's always the same prob: What are the best Works add-ons? The
ultimate NOS 2.1 buttonbar improvements? The best Dates tools? Whenever
you go through an acqusition cycle in one of those areas, be smart and
collect the knowhow you find and develop yourself and share it with
Newtonia. Actually, newbies are the best people for this job, as
nothing is a given to them -- if a newbie writes down everything s/he
learns about a topic and adds links to that, it's going to be
brilliant! If you read stuff from longtime Newton users, a lot of
things are implied and not expressed explicitly... Omitting sometimes
stuff or just namedropping a few phrases noboby but other oldhands
uderstand perfectly. N00bs on the other hand have innocent eyes and
just decribe what they've seen and tried to get something to work or
find something out, and are often better suited for the job -- plus it
one thing ANY Newton newbie can do to give something valuable back to
the community. Don't need brains or knowhow, only curiosity and
interest and that's all to make Newtonia a better place.

Remember: You'll profit from this, too!

Cheers,

D.
