Did both of these but neither helped. I guess I can do a hard reset next.

9/10/05 Woody Smith issued the following on a "Need to Know Basis" . . . .

>check to see if you have enough free space on the card.
>try a different slot for the card.
>have you tried a reset since installing new software?
