Well the wiki upgrade seemed to go fine. While I was in there I noticed a
few other tools were broken for different reasons, namely the online
PaperBack book maker and the NES ROM packager. These should be working now.
If you still can't reach them it's because you have a bad DNS entry cached
- wait until tomorrow.
