You mean besides the Newton crowd?

I still use my PDA because my Motorola phone doesn't compare to the
PIM apps I have. The datebook is rudementary, and lacking in several
basic functions (specifying durations of events in hours AND
minutes), lack of a task manager/To-Do list, inability to edit
documents, limited multimedia capabilities, and paying for most every
app you'll ever get (most are only games).

Now, SmartPhones (PDA/Cell Phone combinations) solve that problem,
but they cost so much, and if you already own a perfectly good cell
phone or PDA, and you need the other one (IE, I have a phone, need a
PDA), it's often not worth the cash. In other departments of
shortcomings, if your GSM radio malfunctions, you'll be without your
PDA. If your SD slot goes out, you're without your phone. If you
decide to hop from Cingular to Verizon, you'll need to buy a whole
new SmartPhone.

But, then again, that's just me.
