I think that the most usefully item that could enhance your browsing
experience AND just overall Newton experience would be the TURBO
option. (However take note that certain communications features need
to be used at the Stock speed)

1) Implant2000 - If money weren't an issue you should go for this. - I
contacted the manufacturer/retailer a few times awhile back - on one
occasion they had it in stock and on another they did not, BUT they
have the PCBs for them and only needed to populate the board for you.

2) Installing a Turbo Hack with a Switch (there is one person
currently doing this still) others on the list are able to do this
from what I know and I personally can do this but have decided to stop
until I can purchase some better soldering station equipment and find
more time in my schedule...

3) Replacing the regular crystal with a faster crystal and NOT
installing the switch. This I know is an option if you have Two
MP2000/2000u or 2100's.

I'm about to this this to one of my spares because I miss the speed now.
HTH

PS: I think IIRC there are a few Newton Servers which are running with
the Turbo Hack to increase their speed. Those Newt Users can chime in
about their experience. It's been mentioned before that it works with
SOME NIC and Modem Cards - though I don't recall anyone mentioning
that they had a problem with a card yet... and your WaveLAN GOLD
should work fine too IIRC.
