It can't hurt, but it's not like it's that big a thing, no offense.
People have been running OSes in Emulators/Virtualizers for a while,
for this purpose (See: People running OS 9 in PPC Emulators). It
might be worth mentioning Qemu, a free equivalent to VirtualPC,
exists. Not sure how hooking up serial ports works with that, though.
