[NTLK] Newton as ebook reader

I had mentioned that my 120 was very slow to rewrite/load pages.
I went back and looked at the files in question and found that they were
books converted to run in the notes application.
Package files load and run as fast as the 120 can run and there's no
speed degradation as the document grows or towards the end of a larger
document.
Conclusion? the 120 works fine for pkg documents; not so hot for
documents in note format.
