[NTLK] emate connect to windows platform

Has anyone sucessfully connected an emate to a
windows platform and moved packages?

NCU tries but disconnects immediately.

Thankfully have have 2 MP's and can beam to the
emate but I've got some emate specific software
(eProbe actually) and it should be loaded directly.
