Greetings,

as I said before, I'm not a programmer nor can I claim to play one. I
last programmed "seriously" in Basic, when I was 11 or 12, when we
were astounded to get DOS 1.1 in our hands. No, I'm not kidding.
(Those IBM machines with the green screens, loved 'em so much more
than the IBM 5100 I first worked on.) Since then, I use software but
don't create it. So I can't help in actually working WITH the project.

That said, I'd really love to find something that isn't NewtSync.
It's being maintained, which I appreciate, but it is not effective
for most of my needs. Too many errors, too many hassles. I would love
a new solution.

How could we, as a community, better support work done on DCL? And
what other connection library project is out there, compatible with
OS X and Windows? Did I miss that in the past few days?
