Re: [NTLK] 2100 losing power at night

I had a similar problem with my 2100. There is a settings in Prefs for
setting the sleep time. This controls how long before the 2100 powers down
if left idle. Newtons fire up at I believe 3:00 AM to handle daily
background tasks. Then they should power down and sleep. Two things I have
found that interfere with this auto power down sleep. The app that allows
you to use the power switch to turn pages in books. Also there is an app
that has a pseudo sleep mode allowing you to tap the screen to wake it up. I
can't remember the names of either of these apps but when I removed them
from my 2100 the auto power down sleep started to work again.

Help. My Newton 2100 is losing about 15-20% of its charge at night.
Is there an application or setting that could be causing this
unwanted power drain?
