I like Slow View (free) or Paint Shop Pro (Shareware) for photo manipulation
on a Windows machine. I particularly like Slow View as a viewer and quick
manipulator.

Subject: [NTLK] A little pointer in the right direction....

I've been happily plugging away at the MP2000 and with help have got
it nearly all singing, all dancing.
Would anyone be so kind as to suggest the best photomanipulator
application to get pict files ready for import into Photoshow? I need
to get the 4-bit thing going and Photoshop CS seems a little modern
for this?
