I don't think that the donuts are what would create the loyal following. It
is the poutine that gets people hooked. But you can't have really good
poutine without good fresh cheese curds (squeaky cheese!), so you'd have to
figure out if such cheese is available in quantity in Poland. If it isn't
then forget it. By the time you shipped the cheese from Canada to your Timmy
stand it wouldn't be fresh enough. Plus it would be much expensivo to ship
that much cheese on a daily basis.
No you may not use shredded mozzarella or cheddar.

Could you offer Newton users a free poutine at your Timmy's? Make it a
wireless hotspot so the Newton users (and other, lesser folk) could surf the
web over a piping hot poutine? Or create a Newtscape friendly web site for
ordering poutine online and arranging delivery... poutine delivered to your
door, all at the few taps of a Newton stylus.
