[NTLK] Mail V Truncates Outgoing messages?

Hi, folks.

I've got a strange problem with Mail V (an app that is
generally marvelous!). Sometimes when I use the InOut
Box to read my mail, then hit "Reply" and type a
response, and then send the message, the reply is
truncated — sometimes to nothing, sometimes to the end
of the second line of text or so, sometimes at the end
of the first screen of text.

If I look at the "Ready" to send messages in the
Outbox, they look fine.

But once I've sent them, and Mail V files them, I can
look at them again and find they are truncated, and
(as I've mailed several emails to myself to check this
out) on the other end they're identically truncated.

I believe this only happens with the Paper stationery.

Any ideas on what to do? (I suppose "Just use the text
stationery" would be one answer — but the Paper
stationery is easier to use for long email!)

I use an eMate 300 and I connect to the net using a
(generally very reliable) Orinoco Silver PCMCIA
802.11b card, running the Orinoco driver.

Regards,
Jonathan Dueck
