The above link has a downloadable ebase package which adds a database
application to Works on your MP.
Just install, open Works and choose a new database.

There's a heap of great newton sites out there... keep Googling. Try
the Newton webring for links.

The rest of the folks here will guide you through the infra-red stuff
more professionally than I could.
