I get about 3 KB/s when transferring data between the Newton and my
Mac. This is awfully slow compared to what an Ethernet connection with
the Newton gives.
In theory, Bluetooth can do about 60 KB/s.

It appears to me that Eckhart's drivers are the culprit. Can't find
any information on this, though.

However, Eckhart is working on new drivers (Blunt2), and perhaps they
will be faster.
