[NTLK] rtf in In/Out (and over Bluetooth)

Hello Gulio,

In fact, the basic format is TXT indeed.

I maybe should change this on my site, even if rtf gets on the Newt, but
loses the formatting as soon as it gets put away.

By the way, I changed the site address (since I switched to another
internet provider)

The new address is :

<www.messagepad.free.fr>

It's a new version, too, with some more content and my NPDS server
embedded in it (but it crashed, and I'm not home to put it up again...).
