[NTLK] How to get a Word doc into Works on an eMate

I want to transfer a large Word doc into Works on an eMate. I've a
Cube and can use either OSX 10.3.9 or Classic. I'd be grateful if a
kind soul could give me any tips on how do to do this with a minimum of
tears.
