[NTLK] nSync illustrated example

Hi Newt Folks,

I made up a illustrated manual for the useage of nSync with iCal. Since
the other plug-ins (like the one for text transfers) work the same way,
it might be useful for those who want to make MacOS X 10.4 Tiger talk to
the Newton via TCP/IP.
