IC/VC is the package installer, you have the chicken before the egg, or how
ever you look at it.

When you used the BT to pull the package over it's in the inbox, but the
inbox doesn't know how to install packages, that's what IC/VC does for you
along with sync'n vCard's and iCalendar (must be a Mac thing).

You need to either connect using the serial connection or have someone
install IC/VC onto a PC-Card and then restore it from there...
