[NTLK] HELP! Dead Newton?

Ok, someone please help me. I was happy playing with my MP and my new
PICO card. I sent a package to the MP and when it was installing with
IC/VC the MP turned itself off and now won't boot back up.

The batteries (AA) weren't in good condition and I forgot to plug it
in. I plugged it back in and it still won't turn itself back up. I
changed batteries and it still won't power up.

Is my MP dead? Any ideas? I'm desperate!!!!
