The best add-ons for Works is Landware's WriteStuff. There is a package
that is included with that called Propoint which is extreamly handy and
worth the price of the whole package ($10). You really can't beat it
let alone all the fonts and other features WriteStuff adds to works (HWR
as well, though if you like the one you are using currently then you
don't have to install that part, everything is in modules that you can
add or not as you want or have room for). With Propoint you tap the
caret and click on the icon to insert a tab. It is also quite
customizable and you can set it up to insert frequently used phrases,
words, time/date etc. It can also call up Merlin or Word Sleuth
(thesaurus and dictionary also by Landware for another $10) by taping
one of the icons.
You also could set up Gesture launch or Dash Board to do this with a
gesture. Personally I prefer ProPoint, but to each their own.

By the way, I looked it up in the MP2000 manual and to do a tab they
suggest you open the keyboard and use that. Much easier to use Propoint
or something similar (saves two taps every time).

Another great add-on for Works is WorksBetter by Stand Alone. But it is
buggy and does almost everything that Writestuff does, although it does
give you footers and headers which Writestuff won't. I have used it and
only thaw it for certain things (like headers which is rare) and use
Writestuff 99% of the time.

P.S. I was just checking Landware's site and it appears that they
pulled the plug on our Newton. I no longer find the Newton software at
www.landware.com/newton. Definitely a shame as I was planning on
purchasing Photoshow soon. Perhaps they would bring it back if we all
emailed them about it?
