i believe bluetooth might be the most practical way to go about.
everyone has it (well almost at least). also, it just might be so
that BT is close enough to plain old serial to make the sync almost
painless. now my only worry is really the battery consumption with
BT, but on the other hand i guess ethernet is much worse.
