Unfortunately, simply removing Optionen won't remove the pref you set.
The pref is still in the System soup, even though you removed
Optionen. Try re-installing Optionen, and then, in the "Options"
section of Prefs, uncheck the "Backlight if switch on" setting. That
should fix it. Alternately, you may also have Backlight Plus
installed. That's another package that modifies your backlight prefs.
