Actually, I was pretty sure I'd be in the clear when I started
working on it. Some features, like dragging items to the side of the
screen to create a clipping that could then move from page to page,
was working really well. But that was before the iPhone. Now it
appears Apple is renewing interest in anything they can leverage on
their portable device, and that's one of those patented UI decisions.
